Visit our SALON between 10:00 & 4:00 Thursday through Sunday and chat with our groomers. Most times they can accomodate you for a drop-in nail clip, puppy visits and consultations.We offer half hour ‘brush-outs’ for our regular grooming customers.
Located in the Bark & Fitz retail store, our grooming studio offers a small intimate spa environment catering to all of your dog’s grooming needs.

FAQ
How do you know if your dog needs a full groom or a bath and tidy?
A bath and tidy will include a bath, blow dry and brush out, nails, ears if necessary, and a tidy up of feathers and pants, feet and sanitary areas where applicable. In other words, your pet will have the same length of coat and appearance only cleaner and tidier.
A full groom will take the coat off the entire body of your pet.
How soon should I bring my puppy for grooming?
At 8 weeks or after your puppy has had most of his/her shots. We recommend a nail clipping and groom shop visit, initially. The next visit at 12 weeks would include a bath and tidy. Discuss visit frequency with your groomer as well as grooming tips and some behaviour help.
What is your cancellation policy?
No-shows and last minute cancellations will be charged half the price of their missed visit. Our groomers schedule their appointments accordingly, and time as well as money cannot be recuperated on such short notice.
Are there any other policies that we should be aware of?
The Bark & Fitz Westboro grooming salon reserves the right to refuse grooming services on severely matted dogs, dogs infested with fleas or lice or dogs that carry any infectious diseases. We reserve the right to adjust quoted prices according to the size, condition of the coat and specific needs of the dog in question.

add your name to the ‘On Tap’ board
*a maximum time of 45 minutes is allotted: 15 for bathing & 30 for drying time
*please respect your time limit to ensure better service
*no back door access please to prevent dogs from ‘escaping’
*we supply shampoo, conditioner, tub with walk up ramp, towels,
dryers, drying table and we’ll mop up after you!
